We are Closed Monday-Friday from Noon to 3pm
This gives our guests a regular extra rest time after our busy morning activities.
* Wags-n-Tails is open on holidays for drop-offs and pick-ups from 8am-11am Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
Check-In Times are either the morning or afternoon sessions. It doesn’t matter what session you choose. Whichever one is convenient for you. New customers are required to leave a $25 deposit when making a reservation. You can do a credit card over the phone or stop in. Deposits are non- refundable but if you cancel 24 hours in advance it can be applied to another reservation.
Check-Out Time is at the end of the morning session. If you pick-up in the afternoon sessions you are charged for the day or if you pick-up in the following morning session it would be the same price.

DISCOUNTS
We offer multiple pet discounts for pets sharing the same run. Our discount is off the smaller of the multiple pets of the same family sharing an individual run.
First Visit Guests receive a 5% discount on the boarding rate for that first stay.
Senior Citizens (65+) receive a 5% discount of nightly boarding rates on each stay.
Military Personnel receive a 5% Discount off boarding rates (Military ID required).
Long Term: We also offer monthly rates for Long Term Boarding. This rate cannot be combined with any other discounts and the 1st month is paid in advance. Please call for Long Term rates
MEDICATIONS
There are no charges for medications or supplements administered orally. Please discuss your pet’s medications with us at check-in. Insulin Injections are charged at $5 per injection. Refrigeration is available.
Wags-n-Tails is a small family operated pet hotel boarding facility in Middle Island, New York. Peter & Pat Ross own and operate Wags-n-Tails Kennel which has been in business since 1988.
